Here you will find the answers to frequently asked questions regarding private jet charter flights.
Preparing your flight
Passport details of all passengers travelling and other international customs documents should be provided as soon as the flight is confirmed, 72 hours before the flight. If you or any of your passengers have flown with us before, your details will be stored.
Passenger details can be changed without charge up until the day of the flight departure. Additional passengers or cargo can be accommodated, dependent on aircraft capacity, but may incur extra charges.
Pets can be brought on flights, subject to Operator approval. You may take pets holding a valid pet passport on flights from any airport. There are, however, restrictions on entering the some countries with pets. Please contact Orange Jets' Operations for advice regarding your particular travel plans before booking.
You will receive a provisional itinerary by email for your flight as soon as your flight is confirmed. A further itinerary, including details of flight crew and airports will be sent by email at least 24 hours before departure.
Chartering and Booking your flight
Visit the contact page and input your details, route(s) and date(s). You may also select times of travel, number of passengers and requested aircraft type. If you have any special requirements (eg travelling with pets, catering, etc), you can add a note in the box provided. If the details are correct, click ‘Send’. We will be in touch on short notice.
